You may use this site for personal, non-commercial price comparison purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically access this site without permission
• Use the site to engage in any unlawful or harmful activity
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the site
• Share, resell, or redistribute your paid subscription access to third parties

Some features, such as wishlists, require creating an account. You may sign up with an email and password or use a third-party provider such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file.
• Keep your payment method current. If a payment fails, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier.

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction and will be shown at checkout.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal on your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew, and you will be moved to the free tier at the end of the period.
• Existing price alerts will be deactivated once your Pro access expires.

Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case.

All product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this site are the property of their respective owners. Product images and descriptions are used for identification and comparison purposes only.

This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall TCG Sealed Alerts LLC be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to purchasing decisions made based on pricing data displayed here.

For paid subscribers, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee that price alerts will be delivered in real time or that all price drops will be captured.

We collect minimal data necessary to provide our services, including account information (email address) and usage data (wishlists, alert preferences). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

For paid subscribers, billing information is processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes affecting paid subscribers (such as pricing or feature modifications) will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
